Gianfranco has been working with Italian entrepreneurs and managers for more than 20 years first as an investor and then as financial advisor. He has been involved in acquisitions, sales, capital increase, debt financing, listing and delisting of companies with revenues between €50m and €500m. Before the M&A he worked for 11 years in 3i, a private equity corporate, looking after MBO and growth capital transactions.
He holds a degree in Electronic engineering and an MBA at SDA Bocconi.
