Giacomo Bindi

Giacomo is Partner at R&S Advisory.

Since 2006 Giacomo has specialized as advisor in debt restructuring and distressed M&A transaction taking part in some of the most relevant deals realized in the Italian market.

Giacomo spent over 30 years in Investment banking. He has been a Partner in Ethica Group and Palladio Corporate Finance, Executive Director in Vitale & Co and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and previously he worked for SBC Warburg, SIGE Investimenti and Barcleys.

Giacomo graduated in 1986 in Business, Administration and Control from Bocconi University. He speaks fluent English.
