Paolo Lisca

Paolo is the Founding Partner of R&S Advisory.

Since 2008 Paolo has specialized as advisor in debt restructuring and distressed M&A transaction realized in the Italian distressed market.

More than 20 years at BNP Paribas previously in Corporate Finance (since 2000 as Co-Head) and subsequently (2004 – 2007) as Head of Financial Institutions Group for Italy. In this capacity, Paolo advised many M&A transactions with the most relevant Italian corporations and financial institutions, such as the €9bn acquisition of BNL by BNP Paribas.

Paolo graduated in 1985 in Business & Administration from Bocconi University with a major in Corporate Finance. He speaks fluent English and French.

• advisor to Manitex International Inc. in the acquisition of the entire share capital of PM Group S.p.A. and of Oil & Steel S.p.A. in the framework of a bank debt restructuring agreement pursuant to art. 182 bis of the Italian Insolvency Law;
• advisor to Astra Spa in the acquisition by Cartotecnica Goldprint Spa of the entire share capital of GPP Industrie Grafiche Srl;
• advisor to Terex Corporation in the Bank Debt Restructuring agreement of Fantuzzi Group and disposal of the entire share capital to Terex Corporation;
• advisor to Sitindustrie Tubes and Pipes Spa in the disposal of 70% Zwahlen & Mayr (CH, listed) to Cimolai Spa through public invitation to tender.
